In March, Bro. Mike Durham PM of Kerman Lodge, was in Clovis to inform the Lodge of the need for Kerman Lodge to consolidate with another Lodge. On the 6th of June it was Past Masters Night and the Past Masters were escorted into the Lodge room by the Junior Past Master and asked to introduce themselves. They were received by the Master and the Past Masters took over and put on a fine degree.
At the stated meeting of June the Master gave a very interesting talk on Bro. Andrew Jackson, The Grand Master of Tennessee and former President of the United States. This lesson showed how a frontier ruffian could be an unorthodoxed Mason and still become the President of the United States, and that there was still hope for our country.
In August it was mentioned for the very first time about the Junior Wardens retreat and how the Lodge should fund this endeavor also. It was passed by motion and vote.
